Since 1972 all employees have participated in the profit sharing of the company.

The mother company, RAHN AG maintains a fund with the aim to support and promote cultural activities. One of these activities is the patronage of young musicians.

The RAHN music award started in 1976 and since then has been offered every two years. The award is offered to students of the Swiss music academies. For each contest a different instrument is chosen and three prizes are offered of 25,000 CHF each.

Along with the music award and the cultural fund, RAHN AG has, since its foundation in 1940, maintained the Hans Konrad Rahn Foundation, for regional and national institutions and organisations to help needy people.
