Our goal is to offer a perfect service from the initial order through to delivery of the material. If we achieve high satisfaction in customers, then we have achieved our goal. We are a hard working team of 4 people with our territories defined by countries. Our major tasks are providing the customer´s commodity and dispatching it for the correct date. We are the inteface between the supplier, logisticians and customers. We coordinate the orders from A to Z. If there is a question regarding date inquiries, sourcing of material, or distribution, then the telephone rings at customer service Humanchem. This contact with our customers is very important to us, through knowing the needs and desires of our customers we can then improve ourselves. |
