| Lab Report Photoinitators for UV LED |
Traditional UV-curing equipment, particularly in the graphic arts industry, has relied on medium pressure mercury lamps to provide spectral output at wavelengths consistent with the absorbance profiles of common photoinitiators. In this scenario, photoinitiators can be chosen and mixed/matched to provide good cure response, especially where pigments and fillers interfere with light absorption.
