HEAD OF SUSTAINABILITY, 70 - 100 %

Key Responsibilities:

You thrive in the sustainability field and stay updated with its evolving landscape and business implications. Understanding the vital role sustainability plays in todays' environment, you will lead the implementations of the RAHN Group sustainability Strategy. 

Group Sustainability Reporting: Together with the Executive Board, define the Group sustainability objectives, metrics and KPIs. Oversee and coordinate the preparation of both voluntary and mandatory sustainability reports, including the RAHN Group annual sustainability one  and the UNGC reporting. 

ECOVADIS platform: Manage the RAHN Group account for ECOVADIS, including the assessment process to evaluate and improve sustainability performance.

Regulatory Monitoring: Monitor relevant sustainability regulations. Inform and support compliance across business units.

Internal Coordination: Work closely with sustainability teams within business units to ensure consistent and aligned strategies. 

External Representation: Represent RAHN Group in industry sustainability working groups and networks. 

Internal Awareness: Develop programs to increase sustainability knowledge and awareness within the organization.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in sustainability or a related field
• 5 to 10 years of sustainability experience
• Specific expertise in sustainability reporting (GRI standard a plus), ECOVADIS assessment, UNGC reporting, and monitoring regulatory and legislative processes
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Hands-on and pragmatic personality
• Skilled in coordinating tasks while delegating where necessary
• Effective communication skills in English and German
• Enjoy managing people by influence and fostering a positive team environment
• Excellent organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a collaborative mindset
