Years of experience, know-how and competent technical support made us a leading provider in the market. We are seeking a Head of Distribution Management to drive sucess in our Cosmetics division.

Head of Distribution Management - Cosmetics Division (m/f), 100%

In this key leadership role, you will oversee our sales team, which consists of national and international Technical Account Managers, as well as our Technical Service and Supplier Management teams. With a strong focus on Europe, you will develop and implement success-oriented sales strategies for our raw materials and multifunctional ingredients offered by our suppliers, while expanding our existing business models in key markets (AT/CH/DE/FR/UK/IE).

Bringing extensive international sales management experience, a systematic and dynamic approach, and a hands-on mentality, you will ensure that our sales and service organization achieves sustainable success in terms of profitability and customer satisfaction. You will leverage our strong traditions and proven track record while identifying and implementing innovations, leading our transition to a digitally advanced and customer-focused key account management structure. Your leadership, coaching, and team collaboration skills will be essential to this transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop, and empower the international Technical Account Management, Technical Service, and Supplier Management teams.
  • Define and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive business growth and expand market share in European key markets.
  • Ensure strong sales performance by setting clear goals, KPIs, and success metrics.
  • Oversee supplier management to optimize sourcing and partnerships.
  • Actively contribute to business model expansion and innovation, leveraging digital advancements.
  • Identify and fully exploit current and future customer needs to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Foster a structured, analytical, and results-oriented sales culture.
  • Strengthen and expand key customer and supplier relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Represent RAHN at industry events, trade shows, and professional gatherings.
  • Travel to engage with customers, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.

Your Profile:

  • Extensive experience in international sales management within the raw materials market for the cosmetics industry.
  • Proven ability to inspire, mobilize, and develop teams with an integrative leadership style.
  • Strong capability to identify customer needs and translate them into long-term business opportunities.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented, and results-driven approach.
  • High level of motivation, resilience, and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
  • Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Degree in business, chemistry, or a related field (FH/Uni).
