PERFELINE^®-FIT is obtained by means of water-based extraction of Helichrysum italicum syn angustifolium. It contains chlorogenic acid and di-O-caffeoylquinic acids, which are used to reinforce the plant’s capillary system. We used this in a biomimetic way to strengthen the micro-vessels in human skin. PERFELINE^®-FIT inhibits nitric oxide synthase, responsible for the generation of the strong vasodilator nitric oxide.
