Welcome to our new GENOMER* 3365

GENOMER* 3365 is a modified polyether acrylate with a residual TMPTA content of less than 0.1%. This resin is designed for free radical-curable inks, coatings, and adhesives. It is particularly well-suited for flexo inks, digital inks, overprint varnishes, wood coatings, and printing inks and varnishes for plastic foils (PVC, PE, etc.). GENOMER* 3365 is commonly used in conjunction with urethane acrylates, polyester or epoxy acrylates, and acrylate monomers.

The properties are:

  • high reactivity, hardness and scratch resistance
  • high gloss
  • good flexibility
  • good abrasion and solvent resistance
  • low yellowing
  • low residual TMPTA and solvents

The low base viscosity of the oligomer allows for a reduced quantity of monomers in the final formulation.
